Pepi's Concierge Pty Limited (ABN 81 680 087 923) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with our website and chauffeured transport services in Australia, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Information we collect
We collect identity and contact details (name, email, phone), journey details (pickup, destination, date/time, passenger counts, luggage/accessibility notes, flight or event information), organisation details for partners, and communications you send us, as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver travel services.
2. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you via enquiry forms, email, phone and booking correspondence. Limited technical information may also be collected through essential website cookies.
3. Purposes of collection
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings, provide transport services, communicate service updates, operate our website and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Disclosures and service providers
We share information with chauffeurs and operational staff as needed to deliver your journey, and with service providers that help us operate the website and bookings (such as hosting, email and, if used, payment processing). We may also disclose information to professional advisors or as required by law.
5. Payments
If a payment is processed for your booking, payment card data is handled by the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
6. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to deliver travel services, and are not published on the public website.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. We do not claim any particular security certification unless we state it separately in writing.
7. Limits of our control
No method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure. We cannot control third-party networks, internet infrastructure, or the devices, browsers and software you use to contact us. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorised access or other events that occur despite those reasonable steps, or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting bookings@pepisconcierge.au.
9. Complaints
If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
11. Marketing
We will not use your details for marketing without a lawful basis and a simple way to opt out where required.
12. Overseas disclosures
Some service providers that support our website or communications may store or process information outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances.
